To join the booking queue for the ArtsyCrafts Retreat with Alison Bomber at PaperArtsy HQ, a 500 EURO deposit is required.
On-site accommodation next to PaperArtsy HQ is limited. Depending on room configurations, package choices, and whether guests are travelling solo or sharing, we can host between 9 and 15 guests on site. Allocating rooms is therefore a considered process, which is why we are accepting deposits only at this stage.

Package One - Includes accommodation, day trips, all group evening and class-time meals, art classes, and all art supplies.
- Single crafter (private bedroom): €3,600
- 2–3 crafting occupants sharing a bedroom: €3,300 per person
- Additional non-crafting guest sharing a bedroom: €2,000 (Guest included in all outings and evening meals).
Not included: flights or travel to Bergerac, travel/medical/cancellation insurances, and day out lunch.
Package Two - includes the same as package one, but NOT the on-site accommodation. This package is for those wanting to stay at Maison del Marty in Lalinde or if you have other accomodation organised.
- Single crafter: €2,600
- Additional non-crafting guest: €1,000 (Guest included in outings and shared evening meals)
Not included: flights or travel to Bergerac, travel/medical/cancellation insurances, and day out lunch.
To apply for a place on the retreat:
- Pay the deposit (which is 100% refundable if your application is not successful)
- Read the Event Information Pack in full
- Complete the Booking Application Form, which helps us understand your accommodation preferences, dietary requirements, and whether you are travelling with a crafting or non-crafting companion
- Email your Booking Application Form to artsycrafts@paperartsy.com
Once applications have been reviewed, successful applicants will be invoiced in January for the remaining balance, based on their chosen package and payment plan.
